A rare ad for Kodak chemistry; they normally advertised film and cameras. This appears on the back cover of a Minicam Photography (which would later become Modern).
I was also surprised to see D-72 being advertised. The recipe to make it is in numerous publications whereas Dektol (considered a close equivalent of D-72) remains a secret.
Either way, it's an interesting spin. I would never have thought of prepackaged developers being a boon to the war effort.
