Hamilton is probably favorite brand, closely followed by Gruen. HamiltonChronicles.com says it was named "Brent."

Inside it's a grade 982, 19 jewels. According to pocketwatchdatabase.com, when I run the serial number, it says it's estimated production year is 1947, is one of 66,100 in this production run (669,600 total), size 14/0s, adjusted to 3 positions.

It looks very close to my Clyde, and I get them confused if I don't have them next to each other (the Clyde is just a little more square and the sides are slightly convex).
