This is a No 2. Folding Autographic Brownie, made by Eastman Kodak. I had long confused this with my Kodak No. 2 Folding Pocket Brownie Model B; how could that possibly happen?
Mine's showing its age. I haven't had it open in decades, but when I opened it to take this photo, the bellows are disintegrating. Very sad. Also missing the stylus, which is a common problem with autographics.
