Another from a friend gave me a box of old cameras that she was retiring from service.
In Europe this was the Prima Zoom Shot , in Japan the Autoboy Juno.
Another zoom point-n-shoot, of which Canon made many. This one's metallic-silver, as opposed to black; that was an uncommon (but not unheard-of) version in the Sure Shot series.
The Japanese version of this camera had an additonal feature: if you selected Panorama mode, it would mask off the top and bottom 1/6th of the frame. The result would look something like a letter-boxed movie on TV, so I don't know what the point was. Perhaps scissors are more common in the US and Europe than in Japan.
