According to Wikipedia, this Canon Powershot Pro1 was the top of the Powershot (fixed-lens digital) range at the time, and the last of the Pro series (following the Pro70 and Pro90 IS.
It's got an L designation on the lens (L means luxury—their premium optics), which makes it the only Canon camera lens I have that's an L. I never thought this was how I'd get one.
This is another that came in a box of unwanted cameras from a friend. Unlike a lot of the other digitals, I'll be keeping this one, if only so I can say I have some L glass in my collection.
