This camera began life as the Cee-ay 35 some time in the 1940s. When Cee-ay went under around 1949, Ciro bought the tooling and rights, and it became the Ciro 35. When Ciro went out in 1951, Graflex bought it and refitted it as the original Graphic 35. Mostly the same mediocre camera, three different lives. And each company that owned it went belly-up.
Mine's in storage so I'm not 100% sure whether mine has the Alphax or Rapax shutter, but I do know it's the silver variant. With my cameras, it's likely whichever lens/shutter was cheapest is the one I've got.
Another camera that appeared among others, but I can't recall how or where I acquired it.
