Durst Roll-a-Way Darkroom ad

You supply the dark. Neat idea, but the cheapo hollow worktable that doubles as a bar or credenza by day, darkroom by night, kinda misses the point. I never had that big a problem with storage; the problem was the dark. It's actually very hard to make a room pitch dark. If you don't believe me, pick a room, take an iPod or a radio with you so you don't get bored, and sit in it for a full 5 or 10 minutes. Once your eyes adjust, you'd be surprised how much light leaks through a door jam or a window you thought you blocked. I used to hang blankets across a bathroom window, and you could still see them lit up after awhile. And if you can see it, your film can probably see it too.
