Purchased during George Bush (Sr.)'s term, probably around 1991. Found it in a watch shop around Santa Clara, Calif. They also had a Dan Quayle (the numbers were in a random order) and Mikhail Gorbachev. I could only afford one (I think it about $40 or $50), and after much dithering, went with George. I never liked Dan Quayle, plus this one runs backwards. Until I got my Clinton watch later, it was only backward-running watch.

I may get Quayle and Gorby later, if I find one for a good price on eBay. I did see that they're available. All have the same red striped tie as hands. They didn't kill themselves on being creative.
