Price Charles and then-Lady Diana Spencer. These came out in the early 80s, around the time of the Royal wedding. I have two, both gifts. They came in a purple wrap with a faux-royal seal called "Punch Line", and the words "to our loyal subjects" in gold.

The crown stem isn't functional. To set it, you push the button in the center of the crown with a ball-point pen or a paper clip, etc.
