It says Standard U.S.A on the face; inside it says New York Standard watch company. Pocket Watch Database says they manufactured low-end watches for the common market.
This is a Grade 90 from 1912. Size 16, 7 jewels. The case was made by Crescent, a hinged swing-out type. Nice looking watch. Too bad it doesn't run.
