New York Standard Grade 44 pocket watch

This is a Grade 44 from 1903. Size 6, 7 jewels. Pendant wind and set. The hunter-style case was made by the Philadelphia Watch Case Company; it's a "Premier" model. Gold something (filled, rolled, plated, I don't know); I haven't identified the hallmark on it yet.
