Ancre Ligne Droite pocket watch

At least this one has a name. This is an Acre Ligne Droite, which appears to be a good-quality (if it were fixed) Swiss watch. I believe it's 12 jewels; I don't know what 15 signifies; likewise "spiral brequet." The case is 0.800 silver.
