Illinois Grade 60 pocket watch

Illinois Grade 60 pocket watchMy father was the watch repairman in the family, and I inherited them when he passed. As I'm going through my collection, this is the first Illinois that I've found. I likely have a couple more, but my father loved Elgin the best. Everything else is onesey-twosey.

I'll add more about Illinois as I learn about it. At the moment I only know this watch, a Grade 60 from 1890. Size 18, 15 jewels. Pendant wind, lever set. The movement is hinged and swings out. The case is by the Crescent Case company, and is made of nickel. Most of my pocket watches have nickel cases.
